M.U.G.E.N. is an enginge to create your own fighting game. On the Internet there are a lot of these Mugen-Games with Charakters from Animes (Dragon Ball, Bleach etc.), TV Series (Simpsons, Family Guy), Nintendo-Games, Street Fighter and so on. You can let them fight against each other, alone or with a friend.
